Hi, I'm Chetan.

For the last 8+ years I've worked as a data scientist at some of India's largest IT consultancies — building dynamic pricing models, customer lifetime value pipelines, marketing mix models, and lately, generative AI applications. Day-to-day, I help large enterprises squeeze more revenue out of every rupee of marketing spend.

Somewhere along the way, I started noticing something. The same small businesses that keep our economy moving — the tuition teacher, the clinic around the corner, the builder launching his first township, the English-medium school teaching 300 kids — were being sold either cookie-cutter template websites that looked like every other one, or bloated agency projects that cost more than a year's shop rent.
