Yes — on Saturdays and Sundays, full day. Weekdays are WhatsApp and email only because Code and Crumbs runs alongside a full-time day job; weekends are when we can give you undivided attention on a call. Most clients prefer to exchange messages during the week and then book one finalisation call on a weekend to walk through the quote and align on everything before starting.

No. We work with businesses across India. The entire process happens over WhatsApp, email, and a shared live preview link — geography genuinely doesn't matter. We say "Maharashtra-first" because that's home, but our clients can be anywhere.

UPI or direct bank transfer, split as 40 / 40 / 20 — forty percent to start, forty percent at mid-review, twenty percent on launch. Every invoice is sent on WhatsApp and email. Nothing is due until you've seen the work in progress.

A note on GST: Code and Crumbs is a small proprietorship under the ₹20 lakh service threshold, so invoices are issued without GST — which also means your price is the final price, with no 18% added on top. If your business needs a GST-registered vendor for input credit, we'll tell you upfront before you pay anything.

Very common. You give us the raw information — what you do, who your customers are, why you started. We polish it into web-ready copy. Full copywriting is an add-on (₹499/page) if you want us to write from scratch in English, Marathi, or Hindi.

Separate, but we make it easy. A domain (yourbusiness.com or yourbusiness.in) costs roughly ₹800–₹1,200/year — you own it, we help you buy it. For hosting, most small-business sites we build run on Vercel's free tier (fast, secure, with free SSL) — so you pay nothing extra in year one. If you want custom hosting (Hostinger, cPanel, etc.), that's usually ₹200–₹400/month and we set it up.

Every package includes a free minor-edit window after launch: 2 weeks for Mini Crumb, 1 month for Full Loaf, 2 months for Signature Bake, 3 months for Institutional Bake. During this window, you can ask for text tweaks, photo swaps, contact number changes, small section additions — no extra charge.

After the free window, you have three options:

• Pay-as-you-go: ₹999 per minor edit. Works if you rarely need changes.
• Annual Maintenance (₹3,999/year): up to 12 minor edits, weekly backups, monthly security updates, uptime monitoring, priority same-day response. Best value for most businesses.
• Premium Care (₹9,999/year): unlimited minor edits, quarterly SEO review, monthly analytics snapshot. Ideal for growing institutions.

We never hold your site hostage — the code is yours, the domain is yours, the hosting account is yours.

Each tier has a set revision count — 2 for Mini Crumb, 3 for Full Loaf, 4 for Signature Bake, 5 for Developer Website, 6 for Institutional Bake. A "revision" means a round of changes. You can send as many comments as you want within one revision round. In practice, almost nobody runs out.

Yes. Redesigns start from ₹9,999 depending on how much content needs migrating. If you have an outdated Wix, WordPress, or Blogspot site, we can rebuild it as a hand-coded modern site that loads faster and ranks better.

Every Code and Crumbs site ships with clean HTML, meta tags, structured data (JSON-LD), a sitemap, robots.txt, and Open Graph preview cards — the technical SEO basics. Signature Bake and up include Google Search Console setup, so you'll start seeing your site indexed within days. Ongoing SEO content (blogs, local citations) is a separate add-on.

Yes. Track B (project microsites, developer corporate sites, retainers) is purpose-built for real-estate. We include lead capture on brochure downloads, site-visit booking flows, WhatsApp-routed enquiries, and ad-campaign landing pages. Pricing starts at ₹34,999 per project.

Yes — Chetan's day job is building data pipelines and web apps. For anything beyond marketing sites (custom portals, dashboards, GenAI apps, RAG chatbots), send a WhatsApp message describing what you need and we'll quote it as an Enterprise project from ₹69,999.
